Description - Hostel

Fernloft City is located just a mere 10 minutes from the heart of Singapore’s shopping district. If historical and cultural sites are what float your boat, the famous structures are just a couple of train stations away. Sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but wake up knowing that these popular sites are just a train or bus ride away.

Our hostel has everything a backpacker could ever wish for – Free wi-fi throughout the property, desktop stations, 24-hour security, laundry, lockers, luggage storage and a traveler’s café and bar. The hostel provides clean and comfortable privates and dormitory-styled rooms with both fan and air conditioning. All bathrooms are shared. We have a lift that serves all four floors of the hostel so you never ever have to lug those heavy backpacks to and from your room.

The hostel is a 5-minute walk away from Farrer Park MRT station. It takes about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. Short/long term luggage storage and towels available at a nominal cost.

Sandwiched between Lavender and Little India, Jalan Besar is slated to be the next hipster enclave. We are a stone's throw away from the vibrant and colorful ethnic hotspot. Within easy access are the MRT station (Farrer Park) that connects you to the rest of the island, and a bus stop just a short distance away. There are traditional hawkers selling their delicious fare just around the corner.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

For cancellations, we require a prior notice of 72 hours. Cancellations within a 24-hour period will incur a no-show charge of 1 night.

Please inform us of your arrival time. We hold your bookings for 3 hours past check-in time of 2pm. If you are arriving after 5pm, do let us know your arrival time otherwise your booking will be cancelled and we will charge you the no-show rate.

From Farrer Park Station (NE8), exit to H/I: Kitchener Rd/Serangoon Rd
Walk along Kitchener Road until you reach Jalan Besar Road.
